Referral and Rewards Program

In an effort to provide more ways for our customers to earn through VegaX, we have developed a referral and rewards program. Users will be able to earn crypto rewards for referring others. In order to be confirmed as a referee, one must:

• Invest at least $1,000
• Be registered for at least 3 months

There are four levels to the referral and rewards program. They are:

• Bronze
• Silver
• Gold
• Platinum

Please note that rewards can only be claimed once per month in order to lower transaction fees for VegaX clients.

The following table shows the amount you can earn at different levels of the referral and rewards program.

Rewards & Referral Program Calculation

Newcomer

Condition : Just registered

Quests to Bronze : Finish KYC verification & 2 Step Authentication

*note: 2-step authentication is a requirement during registration

Bronze (Basic/Lowest Tier)

Perks : — 5% commission from management fee of your referees

Quests to Silver : — You and/or your referees have a current total

investment amount = 0.5 BTC

One time requirement :

• Have 5 Referrals Minimum (any status — because the user needs to have the referrals invested to be able to reach certain XPoints)
• Reach 3000 XPoints

Silver

Perks : — $200 level up reward (One time reward)

• 10% commission from management fee of your referees

Stay in Silver : — You and/or your referees have a

current total amount invested = 0.5 BTC

Quests to Gold : — You and/or your referees have current total

invested amount = 1 BTC

One time requirement :

• Have 10 referrals minimum (any status — because the user needs to have the referrals invested to be able to reach certain XPoints)
• Reach 6000 XPoints

Gold

Perks : — $300 level up reward (One time reward)

• 15% commission from management fee of your referees

Stay in Gold : — You and/or your referees have a current total amount invested = 1 BTC

Quests to Platinum : — You and/or your referees have a current

total amount invested = 2 BTC

One time requirement :

• Have 15 referrals minimum (any status — because the user needs to have the referrals invested to be able to reach certain XPoints)
• Reach 10,000 XPoints

Platinum

Perks : — $500 level up reward (One time reward)

• 25% commission from management fee of your referees

Stay in Platinum : — You and/or your referees have a current
total amount invested = 2 BTC
