Penalty Fee Policies + Lock-Up Periods
A 3-month lock-up period applies to the first “buy” transaction for VegaX Enhanced Bitcoin Exposure (VEBE) or VegaX Enhance Ethereum Exposure (VEEE) investment products. This three month period applies only to the first “buy” transaction of VEBE and VEEE.
Example: You buy VEBE in January and invest 1 BTC. Your lock up period is for 3 Months (January — March). In April, you buy more VEBE and invest another 1 BTC. The investment in April, is not subject to a lock up period.
This provides clients with the opportunity to benefit from compounding returns, which are more easily achieved at a minimum of 3 months in these types of products.
After the three-month lock-up period, clients can withdraw their assets penalty-free.
If clients wish to withdraw assets before the completion of the three-month lock-up period, penalty fees apply. The penalty fees include Management Fees and/or Additional Penalty Fees:
- Management Fees are calculated daily from the date of the initial investment through to the date of asset withdrawal. Current Strategy Fees: VEBE / VEEE = 0.025% / day
- Additional Penalty Fees are any potential gains/returns resulting from the investment period that will be credited to VegaX. Any potential gains/returns will not be credited at withdrawal. If no gains/returns are applicable, no additional fees apply.

예를들어: 1월에 VEBE 전략에 1 BTC를 투자하실 경우, 락업기간은 3개월(1월 — 3월)입니다. 그러나 4월에 VEBE 전략에 1 BTC를 추가로 투자하실 경우, 이 4월 투자분은 락업 기간의 적용 대상이 아닙니다.
락업 기간은 투자자들이 복리효과로 인한 수익을 누릴 기회를 제공하며, 복리효과는 보통의 경우 최소 3개월 이상이 지나야 쉽게 성과로 나타납니다.
3개월의 락업 기간이 끝나면, 투자자들은 페널티 없이 자산인출이 가능합니다.
만약 투자자가 3개월의 락업 기간이 끝나기 전에 자산 인출을 원할 경우 페널티 수수료가 적용됩니다. 페널티 수수료는 운용수수료와 추가페널티수수료로 나뉩니다.
- 운용수수료는 첫 투자일부터 인출하는 날까지 일단위로 청구됩니다. 현재 VEBE/VEEE의 수수료는 0.025%/일 입니다.
- 인출 시에 투자 기간 중에 발생한 수익은 수령하실 수 없으며 “추가페널티수수료”로서 베가엑스에 귀속됩니다. 만약 어떤 수익도 발생하지 않았다면, 추가 수수료를 적용받지 않습니다.
